Nominate your local healthcare hero!
Residents in Herefordshire and Worcestershire are invited to nominate their healthcare heroes in the 2024 Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust staff awards.
The Trust is encouraging people who have accessed NHS community and mental health services in the past 12 months to nominate an outstanding team, or staff member for the prestigious Patient Choice award.
The award recognises staff who have gone above and beyond in their role to make a positive difference to their patients.
Last year, the Trust provided care to over a million people across a range of services including mental health and learning disabilities, community hospitals, minor injury units, health visiting, specialist dental services and sexual health.
Robert Mackie, Chief Executive said: “In my first awards as Chief Executive, I look forward to celebrating the outstanding work that our staff and teams do and recognising those who wholeheartedly went above and beyond expectations during the last 12 months.”

Submit your nominations for a staff member or team now via the nomination form on the Trust website. Entries close on Friday 19th July 2024.
The winners will be announced at the Trust’s annual Staff Awards event, due to take place in autumn.
