Accessing a Minor Injury Unit (MIU)
Patients requiring treatment for a minor injury are advised to contact NHS111. Patients can use the NHS111 online service (if patient is over the age of 5 years) or call NHS111 to speak to a trained adviser who will assess their symptoms and direct them to the most suitable healthcare service for their need. If required, they will book an appointment to attend an MIU for treatment.
Patients can also walk-in to any of Worcestershire's Minor Injury Units. Please check locations and opening times below prior to travelling. Patients who attend our sites as walk-ins should be aware that other patients in the waiting room may have a pre-booked appointment and be called in for treatment ahead of others. Please be assured our teams will continue to see you as quickly as they can.
