Our Services

The team supports and enables people living with a brain injury to lead a full and active life in the community. They provide a range of rehabilitation, advice, and support to meet continuing and changing needs, and where possible help people to access leisure facilities and return to work or education.

The Herefordshire Mental Health Liaison Team provides assessment, signposting and/or short term intervention to service users age 17+ who have been admitted to a Wye Valley Trust hospital bed.

The Mental Health Liaison Team provides comprehensive assessment to all people, regardless of age, who attend Worcestershire Royal Hospital and the Alexandra Hospital Emergency Departments following an episode of self-harm, attempted suicide or presenting with symptoms of mental illness.
