Compliments, complaints and feedback

For queries relating to your care, or compliments, complaints and feedback contact our Patient Relations Team on 01905 681517 or WHCNHS.PALS@nhs.net. The Patient Relations Team will contact you within two working days of receiving your contact and we are available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, with the exclusion of bank holidays.

Press and media enquiries

All press and media enquiries must be overseen by the Trust Communications Team.

Our Trust is active on social media and encourages the public to follow our social media pages to stay up to date with news and updates from The Trust. You can also contact our social media pages if you have any general enquiries about services or Trust information.
