FOI request:

We are currently running a study examining Covid 19 guidelines in different NHS hospital trusts. Could you please reply to this email attaching a copy of your hospital’s full local guidelines on the following topics.

1.    Current local guidelines for the treatment and management of Covid 19.

Current local infection control guidelines regarding testing and quarantining/isolation of Covid positive patients

Trust response:

1. Please find attached our most recent policies for treatments of COVID in hospital settings. Please note these documents change on a fairly frequent basis dependant on national policy. On-call names and contact details have been removed.

2. Throughout the pandemic we have followed national guidance without deviation for IPC including isolation of patients and patient pathways ensuring appropriate cohort groups are maintained and testing patients in accordance with this. As changes in this occur testing schedules will be updated to reflect national guidance in a planned manner.
