How many incident/critical incidents have been declared as a result of staffing?
-The Trust had zero SI’s (critical incidents) declared as a result of staffing. We note that the question also refers to incidents. From April 1st 2021 to 29th March 2022, 226 incidents were reported on the Trust incident reporting system in relation to “lack of suitably trained or skilled staff”.
