Trust response:

2. Only 1 ward which has single room, en suite accommodation. Maintain male and female corridor for bedrooms with shared communal space.

12. Staffing establishments are formally reviewed and adjusted as required bi annually as part of safer staffing processes. This is done through triangulation of standardised tools, outcome measures and professional judgment. Staff deployment is reviewed daily (as a minimum), including forward look, through Safecare to ensure staffing on shift aligns to patient acuity and dependency with escalation processes in place where risks are identified.
