  1. Malvern Community Hospital

    We have seven community hospitals/rehab units across Worcestershire. They provide a range of inpatient and outpatient services and support people to recovery from surgery or illness when they don't require acute care but neither can they be treated at home. They are a key part of our local healthcare system.

  2. Meadow Ward - New Haven

    Meadow Ward, based at New Haven in Bromsgrove, is for people that are experiencing difficulty which requires extra support not provided at home. Meadow Ward is an 18 bedded assessment service for people over the age of 65 experiencing difficulties with their thinking, behaviour or communication which may be due to dementia. It serves the people of Worcestershire. All patients have single rooms with en-suite facilities which enable privacy and dignity. Your stay in hospital will be as short as possible and we maintain links with your community team to ensure that your needs are met by the most appropriate team.

  3. Memory Assessment Services - Herefordshire

    Our Memory Assessment Service provides specialist assessment, diagnosis and treatment services. “Working together with patients, families, colleagues and the wider community for outstanding care which provides specialist mental health support to enable older people to live well and thrive.”

  4. Mental Health Wards

    We have a range of adult and older adult mental heath wards which offer support during an acute crisis, for Inpatient assessment and treatment, dementia and residential care. While in our care patients will be looked after by staff who are skilled to deliver the right response to support recovery and wellbeing.

  5. Minor Injury Units (MIU)

    Our Minor Injury Units (MIUs) offer advice and treatment for a variety of injuries including; cuts, grazes, wounds, sprains, minor eye injuries, strains and minor burns. Unfortunately we cannot treat illnesses at our minor injury units. If you need advice or treatment for an illness please contact your GP or NHS111.
