How to use this website

Step 1 - The Move to Improve site is designed to provide advice and information to help you manage aches and pains. This includes tips and exercises which you can do at home and in lots of cases these will, in time, make the condition better.

Step 2 – It is important that you apply the advice and guidance provided above for around 8 weeks by which time we would expect you to notice improvement, 
and in some cases complete recovery. If not, we have a team of trained physios who can help.

Providing you have used the advice above for around 8 weeks you can self-refer using the relevant forms below.

Please note it may take up to 16 weeks to contact you with an appointment.

If your condition improves whilst waiting to be contacted and you no longer require an appointment please let us know: WHCNHS.Integratedcommunitymsk@nhs.net

Your referral will be prioritised as urgent or routine by our physiotherapists within 72hours of us receiving your referral. Then you will be placed on the respective waiting list. We will contact you a few weeks before your appointment via letter or phone.
