Experience is personal and how a patient, their family or carer feels about their experience of a service is vital. Improving patient experience is a key aim for Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. By asking, monitoring and acting upon patient feedback it enables us to make improvements in the areas that patients say matter most.
The Patient experience website has been put together and developed for patients, carers and their families and will continue to develop over time. The Trust recognises that we need to have a variety of ways in which patients can give us feedback and share experiences, the website is not designed for making complaints or making PALs enquiries, patients wishing to make a complaint should contact the Patient Relations Team.
